It is with great pleasure that I write this review about the services received by Cutting Edge during the remodeling of a section of my house. This company provides exceptional service. When I decided to built a rooftop terrace to the house I contacted Cutting Edge and they immediately took over the entire project. I did not have to contact anyone else. They have a team that includes architects, electricians and contractors and after the permits were approved the project went very smoothly. My Project Manager Francisco was exceptional. He provided me with weekly updates about the project and promptly answered to all of my inquiries. If you’re planning to remodel your home this is the company to call. We used Cutting Edge for a whole house renovation. If I had to sum up Cutting Edge I would say they consistently under promise and over deliver!

We started looking for a contractor in July 2022 and after walking with them through our house we felt confident that they could handle a project of this scale. After signing a contract, they sent an architect out right away, permits were applied for, and plans were drawn up quickly. The permits went through even faster than expected. Demo started in November 2022. We did not need to use a designer. Evelyn was very helpful in drawing up elevations and bringing our Pinterest inspirations and ideas to life.
Throughout the process, communication with the team was seamless via a WhatsApp group. Questions were always answered the same day if not within just a few hours. The demo team was friendly and tidy. We had the floors trenched for new  pipes, widened doorways, removed walls, widened windows and added a sliding door to our house. It was a top to bottom renovation.
Lanny, our project manager, was extremely helpful, keeping us informed, and keeping everything moving along at a brisk pace.  Cutting Edge’s tile guys, Mario and his team, were the absolute best workers we had throughout the whole process. They were not only amazingly detailed at laying tile (and we had tile everywhere) but Mario was like a second project manager. He solved problems for other subcontractors and jumped in to help with anything that needed doing.
We were able to move into our newly renovated house in August 2023 while a few items on the exterior, including a fence, finished up later. From shopping for a contractor to moving in it was a year and a month, which is fantastic! Working with Carlos on our home remodel was a great experience. I actually found his company on Instagram, which sounds crazy, but I was really drawn to his transparency and how detail oriented he was. He came to the job site every day with a smile on his face, and was always positive and professional. We did a full-gut home remodel with a budget of approximately $500,000, so it was a big job, and definitely stressful. There are going to be hiccups in any job, and everyone told me to expect delays. But Carlos handled everything like a pro, and our project was finished within the timeframe we were told. Communication was always clear and easy; I was able to easily reach him or a member of his team whenever I needed them. Juliana, she was my only point of contact for the entire project that lasted over a year. I work full-time so I needed a company that provided full service!
Juliana was always available anytime I had questions. She was very patient and took time to explain anything I didn’t understand. Also, with any big project, there are unexpected issues that come up and she made the parts much easier to work through. She is super professional and an expert in her field! I did a gut remodel on my Brickell condo. I could not have asked for a better contractor. Problems happen during construction, it is inevitable, but there was always constant communication and solutions. I have already recommended them to clients of mine due to their exceptional job. A huge shoutout to my project manager, Evelyn, who I could not have lived without during this process. I am beyond thrilled to share my renovation experience with Cutting Edge! It’s our first-time home owning, and we bought a loft in Coconut Grove that required a lot of TLC. From the moment we decided to renovate our kitchen, living room, floors, and sheet rock, Alejandro, our project manager, made the entire process smooth and stress-free. No text message went unanswered. In fact, he always replied within seconds! His dedication to our project and outstanding communication truly exceeded our expectations.

First and foremost, our kitchen makeover is nothing short of spectacular. We had a vision of creating a modern and functional space that would become the heart of our home. We wanted a WOW factor, and Alejandro brought it to life with exceptional precision. From the sleek cabinetry to the stylish countertops and backsplash. Every detail was meticulously executed.

The flooring installation was equally impressive. Alejandro not only helped us choose the perfect flooring option for our vibe, but handled the installation with utmost care. Our floors now showcase a modern, durable finish that instantly elevates the ambiance of our loft.

As for the sheet rock, Alejandro and his team worked diligently to smooth out imperfections and create a seamless finish throughout the loft. Their attention to detail was evident, leaving us with perfectly smooth walls that serve as the perfect canvas for our interior decor.

I’d heard horror stories of contractors, especially in Miami. Everyone is shocked when I tell them how amazing Cutting Edge was. Alejandro's expertise and professionalism were invaluable throughout the entire process. He communicated with us DAILY and HOURLY. Every morning we’d have a team huddle to discuss what the schedule was and what to expect. He kept us updated on the progress and ensured that our vision was taken seriously at every stage of the renovation. His input and suggestions were invaluable. Never once did he say, “we can’t do that.” He found a solution for everyything. His problem-solving skills are beyond commendable, swiftly addressing even the most minor of challenges that arose along the way.

Moreover, the crew of workers he brought into our loft were skilled professionals and extremely courteous and respectful. They treated our home as if it were their own, leaving it clean and tidy at the end of each day. Alejandro’s seamless coordination between the various teams involved in our project was impressive, and the timeline was adhered to impeccably.

I want to also call out WAD Designs, who handle our kitchen design. Isabel and her team walked us through lighting, color and style, and choosing appliances. We had no clue what we were doing—we didn’t even know how to choose the right materials—but with the combined efforts of both Alejandro and Isabel, they taught us everything we needed to know. No question was too ridiculous to ask, and I am walking away from this renovation with a whole set of new knowledge.

The end result is nothing short of our dream space that we are PROUD to call our home. We owe it all to Alejandro and the Cutting Edge family.

I just had my bathroom and laundry closet renovated by Cutting Edge Innovative. I have been in contact with Cutting Edge Innovative for a year now on this project. Due to insurance claims issues it took me over a year to receive payment. But Cutting Edge Innovative was there during the whole process of my water damage issue. I've kept in close contact with the Project Manager Alejandro Sarasino. When we were ready to move forward with the project Alejandro sent out a top notch team of workers to tackle the job at hand. I have to say that at first I didn't know what to expect. But looking at the finish product I couldn't be more proud of the work that they did. It turned out to be truly an outstanding job. There were issues during the project but Cutting Edge Innovative had solutions and that's what I look for in a company.
